Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation of payment being received (except bank Holidays). We provide FREE shipping all over the world on all orders, big or small. Some of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers / manufacturers around the world in order to improve delivery times. Our suppliers typically dispatch orders within one to five working days of receiving an order. Delivery to your door can takes 12 to 25 working days for orders to arrive at their final destination. When your order has been shipped you will receive notification via email and a tracking number that will let you keep an up to date record of where your order is at all times.

You can track your shipment once you have received your tracking number by contacting us directly at jocks247@aol.com. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us via chat or send us an email at any time and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Returns Policy

We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. In order to receive a full refund your item/s must be in the same as new condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
 

To request a return, simply contact us directly at jocks247@aol.com. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping costs will have to be covered by the buyer.
 

Damages & Exchanges

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can deal with your issue effectively & efficiently.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like our 247-adult range. Given the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on some products purchased unless there is a manufacturer defect.
 

Exchanges / Alternate Size Requests

The fastest way to ensure you get what you require is to return the unwanted / unsuitable item/s and make a separate purchase for the new item/s.
 

Refunds 

Once we receive your return, we will notify you directly and inform you as to the refund status. If approved. Refunds are issued via the original payment method only. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We do not offer refunds on gift cards.
